Why am I getting a Duplicate Account message? (CA)

Important Information

A duplicate account message is triggered when our system detects that an individual has, or is attempting to register for more than one account. The DraftKings Terms of Use prohibits customers from opening or operating more than one account per person and winnings from additional accounts may not be honored.

To resolve this issue, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team to let them know you’ve received a duplicate account message and need to disable any duplicate accounts.

Disabling the duplicate account

If you still have access to the email address used to register your account

  1. From the duplicate account message, click Log In.
  2. Enter your previous login credentials and click Log In.
  3. Contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team to let them know you’ve received a duplicate account message and need to disable any duplicate accounts.

If you don’t have access to the email address used to register your account
