Timing
- Most cheque withdrawals of less than one hundred CAD ($100) will be received by Canada Post within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, and will not have a tracking number.
- Cheque withdrawals of at least one hundred CAD ($100), but less than two thousand CAD ($2,000) may be received by FedEx within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date the withdrawal is processed. Cheques of one hundred CAD ($100) or more will have a tracking number with FedEx.
- Cheque withdrawals of two thousand CAD ($2,000) or more may be received by FedEx within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date the withdrawal is processed. Cheques of two thousand CAD ($2,000) or more will have a tracking number with FedEx.

Requirements
- Cheque withdrawals must be sent to the verified name and address on your account.
- To update your account address, upload Proof of Residence using these instructions to your account first and contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team to update your account.
Limitations
- Cheque withdrawals cannot be sent to a P.O. box.
- Cheques that have been cashed can’t be voided.

How do I find the tracking number for my cheque withdrawal?
Once a cheque withdrawal has been processed and the cheque has been mailed out, players need to reach out to the DraftKings Customer Support Team to receive their tracking number.
- Players will not receive a tracking number if the cheque is less than one hundred CAD ($100).
- Players will receive a FedEx tracking number if the cheque is equal to or over one hundred CAD ($100).
What if I want to have my funds processed more quickly?
DraftKings isn’t able to expedite cheque withdrawal requests, and all requests are processed in the order that they were received.
What if my cheque has been lost or stolen?
If your cheque has been lost in the mail or you suspect it has been stolen, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team as soon as possible. The DraftKings Customer Support Team will begin the process to void the cheque, which can take between two (2) to three (3) business days.
However, if the cheque has been successfully cashed, the DraftKings Customer Support Team will be unable to void the cheque.
