Timing
- Interac Withdrawals can take 1-3 business days.
- To view the most up-to-date status for your withdrawal, visit the withdrawal tracker on your account.
Requirements
- A prior $5+ Interac deposit must be made before requesting an Interac withdrawal.
- After your withdrawal is requested you’ll receive an external email from Interac/PayDirect that you must accept in a timely manner in order to have your withdrawal processed.
- If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. If the funds aren’t accepted after 7 business days, the funds will be returned to your DraftKings wallet.
- The bank account used for withdrawals must be in your name.
- Note: Players can’t use business banking accounts to deposit or withdraw on DraftKings.
Limitations
- DraftKings doesn’t permit the use of business accounts.
