How do I cancel a withdrawal I requested (CA)

If you've requested a withdrawal in error, you may be able to cancel your withdrawal request.

Note: Customers physically located within the United Kingdom can't cancel their withdrawals.

To cancel your withdrawal from your account:

1. Log into DraftKings on web or mobile. 
2. Click your user name in the top right corner of the homepage and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
3. In the left rail of My Account, click Withdraw. 
4. Review Things to Know Before Withdrawing and click Got It. 
5. If you have a withdrawal that can be cancelled, there will be a banner at the top of the screen. Click Cancel Withdrawal to cancel.

To cancel your withdrawal from the withdrawal tracker:

1. Log into DraftKings on web or mobile. 
2. Click your user name in the top right corner of the homepage and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
3. In the left rail of My Account, click Withdraw. 
4. Review Things to Know Before Withdrawing and click Got It. 
5. Below Pending Withdrawals on the right-hand side, click View Status for the withdrawal you'd like to cancel. 
6. You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal. Click Cancel Withdrawal to cancel.
