How do I reset my password? (CA)

You can reset or choose a new password at any time. Learn how to reset your password via: 

App password reset 

To reset your password from the login page: 

  1. Open a DraftKings app and tap Log In in the top right corner. 
  2. Next to Password, tap Forgot?
  3. On the Reset Your Password page: 
    • Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact our Customer Support team.
    • Tap the box next to I’m not a robot. 
    • Tap Reset Password.  
  4. You’ll receive an email from DraftKings with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter: 
    • Your email address. 
    • A new password that contains 8-20 characters with at least one letter and one number. 

To reset your password from within your account:

  1. Log into your DraftKings app. 
  2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
  3. From your Profile page, tap Login & Security. 
  4. Next to Password, tap Change. 
  5. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password. 

Mobile web password reset 

To reset your password from the login page: 

  1. Navigate to DraftKings and tap Sign In. 
  2. Below the login box, tap Forgot Password?
  3. On the Reset Your Password page: 
    • Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact our Customer Support team.
    • Tap the box next to I’m not a robot. 
    • Tap Reset Password.  
  4. You’ll receive an email from DraftKings with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter: 
    • Your email address. 
    • A new password that contains 8-20 characters with at least one letter and one number. 

To reset your password from within your account:

  1. Log into DraftKings and tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner. 
  2. Tap the gear Settings icon on the left rail. 
  3. Tap Account Information and scroll down to Personal Information. 
  4. Below Password tap Edit. 
  5. From your Login & Security page, tap Change next to Password. 
  6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then tap Change Password. 

Desktop or laptop password reset

To reset your password from the login page: 

  1. Navigate to DraftKings and click Sign In in the top right corner. 
  2. Below Password, click Forgot Password? 
  3. On the Reset Your Password page: 
    • Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact our Customer Support team.
    • Tap the box next to I’m not a robot. 
    • Tap Reset Password.  
  4. You’ll receive an email from DraftKings with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter: 
    • Your email address. 
    • A new password that contains 8-20 characters with at least one letter and one number.

To reset your password from within your account:

  1. Log into DraftKings.
  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
  3. In the left rail, select Login & Security.
    • Note: If you’re accessing DraftKings on a smaller device, the left rail may be moved to a dropdown in the top middle of your screen. 
  4. Next to Password, click Change. 
  5. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password. 

Password reset tips

  • If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder and add @draftkings.com to your email allow list to ensure you’re receiving emails from DraftKings.com.
  • If you haven’t received the password reset email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team and they’ll help you recover your account information.
