How do I set deposit limits on my DraftKings account? (CA)

DraftKings allows customers to set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Learn how to set a deposit limit for: 

• Daily Fantasy Sports and Marketplace
• Sportsbook
• Casino

Daily Fantasy Sports and Marketplace

To set a deposit limit for Daily Fantasy Sports or Marketplace on mobile web: 

1. Log into DraftKings on mobile web. 
2. Tap the three line Menu icon again and tap the gear Settings icon on the left rail. 
3. Tap Account Information. 
4. Tap the dropdown in the center of the My Account screen and select Player Limits. 
5. In the Deposit Limits section, you can set the following: 
   • Type of limit:
     • Alert Me: Send a message to alert you that you're close to your set limit, but don't prevent you from exceeding it. 
     • Block me: Prevent you from exceeding your deposit limit.  
   • Limit time period and amount: 
     
     • Daily
     • Weekly 
     • Monthly
6. After you've made your deposit limit selections, tap Save. 
7. Tap Confirm. 
8. At the top of the screen, you'll see a confirmation Deposit limits set and locked. 

To set a deposit limit for Daily Fantasy Sports or Marketplace on desktop: 

1. Log into DraftKings on desktop and click your profile photo in the top right corner. 
2. Select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
3. On the left rail, click Player Limits.
   • If you're accessing from a smaller screen, the left rail may become a dropdown in the top center. 
4. In the Deposit Limits section, you can set the following: 
   • Type of limit:
     • Alert Me: Send a message to alert you that you're close to your set limit, but don't prevent you from exceeding it. 
     • Block me: Prevent you from exceeding your deposit limit.

1. Log into the Sportsbook app.
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner.
3. Scroll down to the Responsible Gaming section and tap Patron Protection Center. 
4. Tap Player Limits. 
5. In the Deposit Limits section, you can set the limit time period and amount: 
   • Per Day 
   • Per Week 
   • Per Month
6. After you've made your deposit limit selections, tap Save. 
7. Tap Confirm. 
8. At the top of the screen, you'll see a confirmation Deposit limits set and locked.

To set a deposit limit for Sportsbook on mobile web: 

1. Log into DraftKings Sportsbook on mobile web.

Important notes:

• Deposit limits are applied at the account level and include the cumulative total for deposits made to Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino, and Marketplace.
• Once a limit is set, you won't be able to increase that limit for a set period of time, as determined by jurisdiction regulations for your physical location.
• In addition to deposit limits, you can also set other types of player limits or self exclude from participating on DraftKings.
