Important: DraftKings Customer Service will never ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.
To enable/disable 2FA via app:
- Log into a DraftKings app.
- Tap your profile photo and select Login & Security.
- Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code.
- Enter the 2FA code sent to your mobile phone and tap Turn On 2FA.
To enable/disable 2FA via mobile web:
- Log into DraftKings.
- Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner.
- On the left rail, tap the gear Settings icon.
- Tap Account Information.
- From the My Account dropdown in the center of the screen, select Login & Security.
- Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code.
To enable/disable 2FA via desktop:
- Log into DraftKings.
- Click your profile photo and select Account Information.
- On the left rail, click Login & Security.
- Toggle ON/OFF Receive SMS next in the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- In the Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window, enter your mobile phone number and click Send Verification code.
Notes about managing two-factor authentication (2FA):
- 2FA won’t work with a phone number that can’t receive SMS messages.
- If you need to change your phone number, you’ll need to turn two-factor authentication off and back on.
