DraftKings provides multiple withdrawal options to best meet your personal needs. The options for withdrawing from your DraftKings account will differ by the product you wish to withdraw from.

DraftKings withdrawal policies

  • When requesting a withdrawal, you may be asked to verify your identity if you haven't already done so before your first deposit, Daily Fantasy contest entry, or NFT drop purchase in the Marketplace.
  • Earnings and / or winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Pending bonuses or any other types of promotional credit can't be withdrawn.
  • In some rare scenarios, a withdrawal may be canceled due to limited game play in accordance with banking policies. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information and assistance.
  • A review for potential unpermitted behavior will be conducted prior to processing your withdrawal. This assures DraftKings accounts are only used for their intended purposes. In the event of potential fraudulent behavior, DraftKings reserves the right to decline the withdrawal or in some cases close the account in accordance with the Terms of Use for the respective DraftKings product.
  • For confirmation of the final details of your withdrawal, you'll receive an email from DraftKings with the subject line, Your withdrawal has successfully been processed.

Withdraw from Daily Fantasy or Marketplace

Daily Fantasy and Marketplace, when possible, will first refund all deposits made in the last 90 days. Any remaining funds after refundable deposits have been fulfilled will be delivered via cheque or PayPal

You can request any portion of your withdrawable balance that isn't refunded through one of the following methods:

  • PayPal: PayPal requires a verified bank account associated with your PayPal account, or an existing PayPal balance on file. PayPal does not permit business accounts to deposit. The email address used for the PayPal withdrawal must be in your name, using an email address confirmed by PayPal, and a confirmed bank account attributed to the PayPal account.  A prior PayPal deposit is required. 
  • Cheque: The cheque must be made payable to the exact name and address associated with the account. 
    • Note: Any changes to name or address on the account are subject to additional documentation requests, as determined by DraftKings.


Withdraw from Sportsbook or Casino

You can access your withdrawable balance at any time through one of the following methods:

  • PayPal: PayPal requires a verified bank account associated with your PayPal account, or an existing PayPal balance on file. PayPal does not permit business accounts to deposit. The email address used for the PayPal withdrawal must be in your name, using an email address confirmed by PayPal, and a confirmed bank account attributed to the PayPal account. A prior PayPal deposit is required to withdraw using this method.

  • Cheques: The cheque must be made payable to the exact name and address associated with the account.

    • Note: Any changes to name or address on the account are subject to additional documentation requests, as determined by DraftKings.

Daily Fantasy or Marketplace withdrawal:

  • Deposit made in the last 90 days: $25 Visa ending in 1234
  • Withdrawal request: $100
  • Credit card refund fulfilled: $25 returned to Visa ending 1234
  • Remaining funds: $75 sent to the withdrawal method of your choice

Sportsbook or Casino withdrawal:

  • Deposit made in the last 90 days: $25 Visa ending in 1234
  • Withdrawal request: $100
  • Withdrawal funds: $100 sent to the withdrawal method of your choice

How long do withdrawals take?

How do I know if my withdrawal was completed?

For confirmation of the final details of your withdrawal, you'll receive an email from DraftKings with the subject line, Your withdrawal has successfully been processed. To view the most up-to-date status for your withdrawal, please visit the withdrawal tracker.

Why was my withdrawal sent to multiple accounts?

If a credit or debit card was used to make your Daily Fantasy deposit, the prior deposit amount will be refunded to the card if used within the trailing window defined by your credit or debit card processor. The remainder of the funds approved for withdrawal will be sent to the withdrawal processing method of your choice. If you deposited with a non-refundable gift card, we will attempt to return the funds up to the original value to that card. If you no longer have access to a card used to make a prior deposit, please contact our Customer Support Team before making your withdrawal request.

What if my card expired, or I got a new card?

  • If your card number is different but the account number from the issuing bank/credit provider is the same, then eligible refunds can still be refunded to the card.
  • If the account number has changed, please contact our Customer Support Team before making your withdrawal request.

What if I no longer have access to my card?

If you no longer have access to a card used to make a prior deposit, please contact our Customer Support Team before making your withdrawal request. 

Why was my withdrawal sent to multiple accounts? 

If you're withdrawing from Daily Fantasy Sports, your prior deposit amount will first be refunded to the credit, debit, or gift card used for deposit. The remainder of funds approved for withdrawal will be sent to the method of your choice.
