DraftKings provides multiple withdrawal options to best meet your personal needs. The options for withdrawing from your DraftKings account will differ by the product you wish to withdraw from.
DraftKings withdrawal policies
- When requesting a withdrawal, you may be asked to verify your identity.
- Earnings and/or winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Pending bonuses or any other types of promotional credit can't be withdrawn.
- In some rare scenarios, a withdrawal may be canceled due to limited gameplay in accordance with banking policies. Contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for additional information and assistance.
- To ensure the safety of our customers and our business, DraftKings monitors all withdrawals for adherence to policy and regulatory requirements. This assures DraftKings accounts are only used for their intended purposes. In the event of potential fraudulent behavior, DraftKings reserves the right to decline the withdrawal or in some cases close the account in accordance with the Terms of Use for the respective DraftKings product.

Withdraw from Sportsbook or Casino
You can access your withdrawable balance at any time through one of the following methods:
PayPal
- PayPal requires a verified bank account associated with your PayPal account, or an existing PayPal balance on file.
- PayPal doesn’t permit business accounts to deposit.
- The email address used for the PayPal withdrawal must be in your name.
- The email address and the bank account attributed to the PayPal account both need to be confirmed by PayPal.
- A prior PayPal deposit is required to withdraw using this method.
Cheques:
- Cheques: The cheque must be made payable to the exact name and address associated with the DraftKings account.

Note: Any changes to name or address on the account may be subject to additional documentation requests, at DraftKings discretion.
Debit Card
- DraftKings' ability to support card withdrawals is at the discretion of both the card brand (Visa, Mastercard) and payment issuer (your financial institution).
- An initial deposit is required to withdraw using this method.
- After completing an initial deposit, if none of your saved cards support withdrawals, you won't be presented with the option on the withdrawal screen. Learn more about debit card withdrawals.
Interac
- An initial deposit is required.
- On the withdrawal page, you must input the phone number associated with your Interac account, as well as provide your security question and answer.
- Business accounts are not accepted.

What if my card expired, or I got a new card?
- If your card number is different but the account number from the issuing bank/credit provider is the same, then eligible refunds can still be refunded to the card.
- If the account number has changed, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team before making your withdrawal request.
What if I no longer have access to my card?
If you no longer have access to a card used to make a prior deposit, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team before making your withdrawal request.
