You may not be able request a withdrawal directly from your account for funds deposited to DraftKings as they’re often subject to play-through requirements and won’t be available for withdrawal. The play-through requirements are applicable even if you made the deposit with the intention of using it in DraftKings Marketplace.
The Customer Support team may be able to assist you in making a Marketplace-related withdrawal, however, if you haven’t used other DraftKings products in the past 365 days and it can be confirmed that you attempted to purchase an NFT.
