Important notes:
- When you successfully set a cool off period, you won't be able to access or use the DraftKings website or apps (Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino, or Marketplace) until the self-exclusion time period you select has passed.
- You can't set a cool off period from Fantasy Sports or a DraftKings app
If you've determined you'd like to take a break from DraftKings, learn how to set a cool off period.
To set a cool off period via DraftKings app:
- Log into the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino app.
- Tap your profile photo in the top left corner.
- Scroll down to Responsible Gaming and tap Patron Protection Center.
- Tap Cool Off.
- Select a Cooling Off Period:
- Tap Submit.
- Enter your Password and tap Submit.
To set a cool off period via mobile web:
- Log into DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino.
- Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner.
- On the left rail, tap the gear Settings icon and tap Account Information from the options that appear.
- Tap the dropdown in the center of the screen and tap Cool Off.
- Below Cooling Off Period, select the period of time you'd like to self-exclude for.
- Tap Submit.
- Enter your Password and tap Submit.
To set a cool off period via desktop or laptop:
- Log into DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino.
- Click your profile photo and click Account Information from the dropdown that appears.
- On the left rail, click Cool Off.
- Note: If you're accessing from a smaller screen, the left rail may become a dropdown in the center of the screen.
- Below Cooling Off Period, select the period of time you'd like to self-exclude for.
- Click Submit.
- Enter your Password and tap Submit.
