How can I reactivate my account after an exclusion period has ended? (UK)

If you'd like your account reactivated after a period of temporary self exclusion, please contact the DraftKings Customer Service Team


  • We can’t reactivate any account if the period of exclusion hasn’t expired.
  • We can't reactivate your account if you have chosen a permanent self exclusion.
  • There is no guarantee that your account will be reopened.

After receiving the request, your account will be reviewed and you’ll be notified if you’re eligible for reactivation. 

Please allow up to five business days for your request to be reviewed.
