When will I be credited for my net losses?

Crediting for a Lossback promotion will occur at the end of the Promotional Period. The credit can take up to 24 to 72 hours after the end of the Promotional Period to appear on customer accounts.

If there are technical issues with the promotion, timeframes for you to receive any promotional credits may take 3 - 5 business days.

Customers who qualify will receive a bell notification in the left-hand corner once they have been credited.

How are net losses calculated?

Net losses are calculated by subtracting qualifying bets wagered in Casino from winnings earned in Casino during the Promotional Period.

As an example only: If you wagered $1,000 in Casino, and lost $500 in Casino, your net loss would be $500.

What if I have a net win rather than a net loss?
