How do I change the phone number on my DraftKings account? (US)

  • Visit the Login & Security page to change your phone number on file.
  • Please don't attempt to create a new account if you've lost your login details.
    • Creating multiple accounts is prohibited according to the DraftKings Terms of Use and may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

  • If you reside in a state that requires two-factor authentication, you may need to re-enable two-factor authentication if you have changed your mobile phone number.

  • If you are unable to update the information yourself, you can contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team for assistance.

How to update your mobile phone number on the DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino apps

  1. Login to the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino mobile app.
  2. Tap on the profile icon at the top left.
  3. Select Login & Security.
  4. Select Login Security Preferences.
  5. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you may be prompted to verify your identity at this step.
  6. Select Edit Number and enter your updated phone number.
  7. Select Save Number.
  8. Verify your phone number by entering the code sent to your new phone number.
