Withdrawing with Online Banking - Overview (US)

Timing

  • Online Banking withdrawals typically take up to five (5) business days.
  • To view the most up-to-date status for your withdrawal, please visit the withdrawal tracker on your account. 

Requirements

  • A prior Online Banking deposit to DraftKings from your bank account.
  • The bank account used for withdrawals must be in your name.
  • Note: Players can not use business banking accounts to deposit or withdraw on DraftKings.

Limitations

  • Online banking withdrawal amount cannot exceed one hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($100,000) per transaction.
  • DraftKings does not permit the use of business accounts.

What if my bank doesn’t approve the withdrawal request?

If a withdrawal is declined by your bank account, the funds will be returned to your DraftKings account.

Important Note: The decline and return of the funds to your DraftKings account can take up to fourteen (14) business days to process.

What if I withdrew my funds to a closed bank account?

If you have withdrawn funds to a closed bank account, and the withdrawal can’t be canceled, the funds will be sent to the closed account. Since the account is closed, the withdrawal will be declined by the bank and returned to your DraftKings account.

I recently moved and updated my address with my bank, do I need to update my address with DraftKings?

Yes, in order to withdraw funds from your DraftKings account to your bank account, the address on file for DraftKings would need to match the address listed on your bank account. 

To update the address on file for your DraftKings account, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team and let them know you need to update the address on file.

the DraftKings Customer Support Team will request that you upload a proof of residence that lists your new address, and you can learn more about document upload criteria.

I have a new bank account, do I need to link it to my DraftKings account to withdraw from it?

Yes, you would need to make a deposit of $5 or more in order to link your new bank account to your DraftKings account. Once your new bank account is linked to your DraftKings account, you will be able to withdraw to that bank account going forward.
