What is a Click to Claim promotional offer?

A Click to Claim promotional offer allows players to opt in and immediately receive Casino Credits or DK Dollars. To receive this promotional offer, players must opt in during the Promotional Period. The specified amount of Casino Credits or DK Dollars will be detailed within the Terms and Conditions of the Click to Claim promotional offer.

Important Note: Players would need to be logged into their DraftKings account before clicking the opt in button within the promotional offer.

How does a Click to Claim promotional offer work?

Click to Claim promotional offers allow players to opt into the promotional offer and receive a specified amount of Casino Credits or DK Dollars. The specified amount of Casino Credits or DK Dollars will be detailed within the Terms and Conditions of the Click to Claim promotional offer.

When will I be credited my rewards from a Click to Claim promotional offer?

Players will be credited immediately, unless stated otherwise in the promotional offer’s Terms and Conditions, upon successfully opting in during the Promotional Period.

If there are technical issues with the promotional offer, timeframes for players to receive any promotional rewards may take three (3) business days (seventy-two (72) hours) to five (5) business days (one hundred twenty (120) hours) from the date and time the player opted into the promotional offer.

How will I be credited for a Click to Claim promotional offer?

Players will be credited in Casino Credits or DK Dollars immediately upon completing a successful opt in during the Promotional Period as specified in the promotional offer Terms and Conditions.

Can I opt into a Click to Claim promotional offer more than once?

Players are only eligible to opt into a Click to Claim promotional offer one (1) time. Any attempts to opt in again will not register, and the player will not receive any other rewards for the promotional offer.

Important Note: Click to Claim promotional offers can only be claimed once (1) per player and can not be assigned, transferred, or shared. Click to Claim promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

How long will the Casino Credits or DK Dollars be available on my DraftKings account?

Casino Credits received pursuant to the Click to Claim promotional offer will expire after seven (7) calendar days (one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours) from the date and time they are credited to your DraftKings Casino account.

Any winnings accumulated during the Promotional Period will remain on your DraftKings Casino account, but any Casino Credits will expire after seven (7) calendar days (one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours) from the date and time they are credited to your DraftKings Casino account.

Please note that DK Dollars do not expire and will be used automatically prior to any cash in your balance.

How do I see the credits issued to my DraftKings account?

A Click to Claim promotional offer can credit DK Dollars or Casino Credits. The specific reward for a particular Click to Claim promotional offer will be listed in the Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer.

Does this promotional offer have an expiration date?

Yes, all promotional offers (including, without limitation, Casino Click to Claim promotional offers) will have an expiration date listed in the Terms and Conditions of the applicable promotional offer.

What if I did not opt into the Click to Claim promotional offer before it expired?

If you did not opt into the Click to Claim promotional offer during the Promotional Period listed in the terms and conditions of the promotional offer, then you would not be eligible to receive the reward. Once the Promotional Period ends, any opt in attempt will not register and the Casino Credits or DK Dollars will not be applied.
