Important Information

DraftKings Customer Support Team will never ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.

Customers who are geolocated where 2FA is a jurisdictional requirement are required to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) after successfully logging into their DraftKings account. 2FA is an extra layer of protection for you and helps to ensure the ongoing security of your account.

What this means for customers using DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino products:

  • You’ll need to provide DraftKings with a mobile phone number that can receive SMS text messages.
  • When 2FA is enabled on your account, or you’re geolocated within a state where 2FA is a jurisdictional requirement, you'll receive a unique code for logging into DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino via SMS to the mobile number you provided.
    • You won’t be able to access your DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino account without entering a correct email, password, and 2FA code.
