How do I select a reward?
- Navigate to the Dynasty Rewards Store.
- Click Shop to browse through the reward catalog. Once you've found a reward you'd like to select, click the name of the reward.
- From the item details page, click Add to Cart.
- Note: If you're just browsing or don't have enough Crowns to redeem for the reward, you can add the item to your wish list by clicking Add to Wishlist.
- Click View Cart / Checkout.
- Click Continue.
- Enter Delivery Info:
- Contact Info: This is the information we’ll use to send email updates regarding your order.
- Shipping Address: This is the location where you’ll receive your reward.
- Click Continue.
- Confirm Payment Information is correct and click Place your order.
Where can I find my virtual gift cards?
Gift cards will be emailed to you shortly after placing your order. If you do not receive an email with your virtual gift card, please visit help.tangocard.com for support.
What if I change my mind prior to completing the order process?
During checkout, you may click the shopping bag icon next to the Dynasty Rewards logo to return to your cart. If you want to remove an item from your cart, click the trash can logo next to the quantity selector.
What happens if my selection is no longer available after I order?
If a manufacturer discontinues or changes an item's availability after your order is placed:
- You'll receive a cancellation email with details about your order.
- Your Crowns will be refunded to your account.
How will I know my order has been placed?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.
You can also see your complete rewards store order history at any time by navigating to the Dynasty Rewards Store and selecting My Orders from the My Account menu.What if I have a problem while selecting my reward?
Although most reward selections go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience an issue. If you're unsure about what to do next, we recommend returning to the Dynasty Rewards Store and then clicking the Cart icon to return to the redemption flow.

Where can I find my order history?
- Navigate to the Dynasty Rewards Store.
- Click the Orders icon in the top right corner.
- On the My Orders page you’ll find all orders and their current status.
