Physical reward shipments will be sent to the ship-to address entered during checkout.
- Virtual rewards will be sent electronically to the email address provided.
- Note: UPS & FedEx don't deliver to PO boxes.
When can I expect to receive my award?
The estimated delivery time for your physical reward is 2-5 weeks. You'll be notified via email once your reward has been shipped.
- Virtual awards will arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.
How are orders shipped?
Most physical orders are shipped via ground shipping service. Some of the larger physical items will be shipped via truck.
- Gift card orders are sent via email. You'll receive an email shortly after placing your that includes your virtual gift card and instructions on how to retrieve it.
- Other virtual rewards are also sent via email and should arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.
Where can I find information about tickets, experiences, and travel?
When ordering tickets, experiences, or travel, you'll receive an email that your order has been received, followed by subsequent emails that include detailed information about your order.
Can I refuse a shipment?
If you choose to refuse a shipment for any reason other than shipping damage, you'll be responsible for all shipping charges and the item won't be refunded.
