Withdrawing Via Cash at Cage - Overview (US)

The maximum withdrawal limits may vary by Cage location and are subject to change by either DraftKings' or the affiliated location’s sole discretion.

1. Log into your DraftKings account.
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner of the app or the top right on a desktop. 
3. On the Withdraw Funds page, enter an amount for How much do you want to withdraw?
4. Select Continue.
5. Select In Person.
6. After Selecting In Person, you will then be able to select the desired Cage location.
7. Tap Request Withdrawal.
8. Once your Cash at Cage withdrawal request is approved, you will receive an email notification. 
   • Wait one hour after receiving the notification before picking up your withdrawal.
9. To collect your withdrawal, present a valid form of identification such as a driver's license, passport, or government-issued ID at a participating Cage location.

Cage withdrawals can be canceled for various reasons, and DraftKings reserves the right to decline withdrawals and to enforce its withdrawal policies in accordance with the Terms of Use.

• To withdraw cash at the Cage, play through your latest deposit in full. 
• Please note that the address associated with your recent deposit methods MUST match the address we have on file for your DraftKings account. 
  • If you'd like to withdraw via Cash at Cage and your address doesn’t match, we recommend contacting the DraftKings Customer Support Team to update your address on file and upload a proof of residence to the secure document center.

Withdrawals via Cash at Cage will be held for seven (7) days. If the funds are not picked up within the seven (7) day timeframe, the withdrawal will be canceled, and the funds returned to your DraftKings account.
