Reward Cards enhance your experience by visually tracking your progress as you engage with progressive promotions or tiered offers. They make it easier to see how close you are to redeeming rewards, adding a fun and interactive element to your player journey. This guide covers their function, use, and updates.

How Reward Cards Work
- Activation: When a player engages with a promotion which requires actions beyond opting in, a reward card appears in their rewards section.
- Duration: The card remains until the promotion is completed or expires.
Details: Players can tap the card to view detailed promotion information.
Player Interface Changes

Appearance: Players see reward cards after opting into a promotion.
- This is the view a player sees when heading to the promotion page.

- This is the view a player sees after opting-in to the promotion.

- This is the view a player sees as the reward card is in progress.

- As the player makes progress, the reward card will update instantly.
Progress Tracking: Where applicable, reward cards will display progress tracking information. Progress tracking is available for:

- Locked funds bonuses.

- Play X get Y single redemption.

- Progressive promos
- NOTE: When progress tracking isn’t available, a player will receive a reward card, it just won't have progress tracking.
- Progressive promos
Expiration Indicators: Expiring cards are highlighted.
- No Reward Cards for Direct Bonuses: Promotions that award bonuses directly (e.g., Click to Claim) won’t generate reward cards.

Disabling Legacy Status Badging: The new status badging includes only:
- Opted In
- Reward Claimed.

- All updates are available on desktop as well.
