Accessing the DraftKings Privacy Center

You can access the Privacy Center from your account page.

On the Sportsbook & Casino Apps:

  1. Select your Account icon (top right)
  2. Select Log in & Security
  3. Select Login Security Preferences
  4. Click/tap the link below the privacy toggle.

On the DFS App:

  1. Select your Account icon (top right)
  2. Select Log in & Security
  3. Click/tap the link below the privacy toggle.

Logging in through your Account page will log you into the Privacy Center and automatically recognize you as a customer.

If you access the Privacy Center using a direct link outside of your account, you will need to verify your identity during login. For the fastest experience, we recommend accessing the Privacy Center through your Account page.

How long will it take to process my DSAR?

  • We aim to process privacy requests within the timeframes required by applicable privacy laws and regulations. This is typically within 30 days if you are in Canada, the United Kingdom, or Europe; and within 45 Days if you are in the United States. In certain circumstances, we may need to extend the response time. We will inform you if this is the case and will provide you with an updated date by which we expect to fulfill your request and the reasons for the extension.
