If DraftKings can't detect your location, it's usually because your device’s Wi-Fi or location services are turned off; and it’s quite easy to fix!
How to Enable Location Services

Quick Checklist for Location Detection

Verify Connection:
- A strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is necessary for accurate location detection.
- Avoid using a VPN, as it may interfere with location tracking.

Enable Location Services:
- Ensure that location services are turned on for your device.
- For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and toggle it on.
- For Android: Go to Settings > Location and toggle it on.

Allow Location Permissions for DraftKings:
- Make sure DraftKings is allowed to access your location.
- iOS: Go to Settings > DraftKings > Location and select Always or While Using the App.
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > DraftKings > Permissions and enable Location.

Clear Cache and Restart:
- On mobile: Go to Settings > Apps > DraftKings > Storage > Clear Cache. Then restart the app.
- On browser: Clear your browser cache, close and reopen the browser, then log in to DraftKings again.

Confirm Location Accuracy:
- Sometimes, device settings or recent updates affect location accuracy.
- If the problem persists, try updating your device’s software.
