If DraftKings can't detect your location, it's usually because your device’s Wi-Fi or location services are turned off; and it’s quite easy to fix!

How to Enable Location Services

Quick Checklist for Location Detection

  1. Verify Connection:
    • A strong internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is necessary for accurate location detection.
    • Avoid using a VPN, as it may interfere with location tracking.
  2. Enable Location Services:
    • Ensure that location services are turned on for your device.
    • For iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and toggle it on.
    • For Android: Go to Settings > Location and toggle it on.
  3. Allow Location Permissions for DraftKings:
    • Make sure DraftKings is allowed to access your location.
    • iOS: Go to Settings > DraftKings > Location and select Always or While Using the App.
    • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > DraftKings > Permissions and enable Location.
  4. Clear Cache and Restart:
    • On mobile: Go to Settings > Apps > DraftKings > Storage > Clear Cache. Then restart the app.
    • On browser: Clear your browser cache, close and reopen the browser, then log in to DraftKings again.
  5. Confirm Location Accuracy:
