If you leave a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal and enter a jurisdiction where it isn't during an active game session, here's what will happen:
- Your session will be immediately terminated. You won’t be able to place any new bets.
- Even though your session ends, you’ll still be able to view your placed bets and promotions even from a non-permitted jurisdiction.
- You can log in to deposit or withdraw funds from your account.
- Once you return to a permitted jurisdiction and DraftKings verifies your location, you'll be eligible to wager again.
