Document upload criteria
Proof of residency documents must include:

- Your name
- Current address
- An invoice/customer/account number
- Creation or issue date within 60 days of the date it is uploaded
Acceptable documents:

- Examples: Home services for energy, water/sewer, gas, or trash.
- Accepted document formats: PDF, screenshot, or a picture of the paper invoice.
- Communications invoices
- Examples: Home services for phone, internet, cable, satellite, and mobile phones.
- Accepted document formats: PDF, screenshot, or a picture of the paper invoice.

Bank statements
- Examples: Debit card and credit card statements.
- Accepted document formats: PDF or screenshots.
- Note: Photos of paper bank statements are not accepted.

Housing documentation
- Example: Mortgage statement.
- Accepted document formats: PDF, screenshot, or a picture of the paper statement.
- Exceptions: Deeds, mortgage contracts, and/or payment booklets aren't accepted.
- Example: Leases with matching service and delivery addresses.
- The lease must show an issue or creation date within 60 days of the date uploaded.

- Exception: Rent agreements aren't accepted.

- The document may be requested to verify your account information or complete the account verification process. Additionally, proof of residency documents are required to update the address associated with your account.
Do you have any additional document upload criteria?

- Uploaded images must be clearly visible and must be a full document, including all pages.
- Documents can't have redacted or blacked-out information.
- Scanned documents are not accepted.
- Proof of residency document can't be to a PO Box.
