Frequently Asked Questions

How can I tell the difference between Jackpots?

Certain types of Jackpots are labeled within the Jackpot Menu with a specific symbol.

  • For example, Must Hit By Amount Jackpots are denoted by a money bag symbol.

You can see examples of the “Must Hit By” symbols below.

  • The one on the left has a money bag symbol, which indicates this is a Must Hit By Amount Jackpot;
  • The one on the right has a timer symbol, which indicates this is a Must Hit By Time Jackpot.

How can I tell which games are linked to a Jackpot?

You can view eligible games within the Jackpot Menu.

On the Jackpot menu:

  • Click the dropdown menu under “Opted In” or “Available Jackpots.”
    • This will show the subsection “Popular Games in this Jackpot.”
  • Below is an example showing the “Popular Games in this Jackpot” subsection under "Available Jackpots.”

How do I know if I have opted into a Jackpot?

You can confirm if you opted into a specific Jackpot in the following ways:

1: Check the Opted-in Jackpots section of the Jackpot Menu.

2: Once you have opted into a Jackpot, the greyed-out plus symbol on the Available Jackpots menu will change to a green check symbol, which indicates that you've opted in. As an example, view the images below.

  • The image on the left shows what the screen will look like before you have opted in: If you see the buttons that say “Play with Casino Credits” or “Play with Cash” then you’re not opted in.
  • The image on the right shows what the screen will look like after you have opted in: If you see a button that says “Play with Cash + Jackpots”, this indicates that you are opted in.

3: You’ll also receive a pop up notification confirming you’ve opted into or out of a Jackpot.

4: While you are in an eligible jackpot game, you may review which Jackpot(s) you have opted into by viewing the purple Jackpot Banner at the top of the game. If you click the purple Jackpot Banner the Jackpot Menu will open. The green checkmark will indicate you’re opted into a Jackpot.

  • You can view your opted in status while playing eligible games via two options:
    • On the purple Jackpot Banner on the top of an eligible game.

    • In the in game Jackpot menu, which opens if you click on the purple Jackpot Banner.

Important Note: You may opt in to all available Jackpots using the Opt in All button if you are playing on desktop (coming soon on mobile!).

  • You’ll need to confirm this action when the Confirmation message appears.

Once I have opted in, how do I opt out?

There are four ways players can opt out of a Jackpot.

1: To opt out of a specific Jackpot, go to the Jackpot Menu and click the Jackpot Icon of the Jackpot you'd like to opt out of.

2: From the Jackpots lobby, find the game and tap or click the “i”. This will open the Game Information Drawer for the game.

  • Tap or click the Jackpot Icon of the Jackpot(s) you'd like to opt out of on the linked game tile before launching the game.

3: Open a Jackpot eligible game. A purple Jackpot Banner will be at the top of the game.

  • Tap or click on the purple Jackpot Banner, then tap or click the Jackpot Icon of the Jackpot(s) you'd like to opt out of.

4: Opt out of all jackpots you have already entered using the Opt out All button that can be found by:

  • Expanding the Jackpot Menu.
  • Clicking on the Opt out All button to the right of the Opted In Jackpots header.
  • Review the Confirmation pop-up message, then click Confirm.
  • The Jackpots you’ve opted out of will appear with a grey “+” symbol as part of the Jackpot icon.

Can I opt in again after a Jackpot is hit?

Once you opt into a Jackpot you remain opted in until you opt out, so you’re automatically opted in to the Jackpot again after there is a hit. You can, of course, choose to opt out of that Jackpot by following the above opt out steps.
