A Series Winner bet in baseball during the regular season is a wager on which team will win a set of games played between two teams, usually over consecutive days.
If a game or series is delayed, suspended, or moved, bets are not automatically voided. Whether your bet stands depends on if the outcome of the series has already been decided.
Bet Settlement
Bets Will Stand If: The outcome of the series is already determined before any schedule changes occur.
-
- Example: In a best-of-three series, if one team has already won two games, the series is decided and bets will stand, even if Game 3 is postponed.
- Example: In a best-of-four series, if one team has already won three games, the result is decided and bets will stand, even if the final game is rescheduled or moved.
Bets Will Be Voided If: The series outcome is still undetermined at the time of postponement or suspension.
-
- Example: In a best-of-three series, if each team has won one game when the final game is postponed, bets are void.
- Example: In a four-game series, if only two games have been played and the rest are delayed or moved, bets are void.
