How do I delete a saved payment method? (US)

Saved payment methods can be removed through our website and mobile web, with the exception of Online Banking. If you have previously save a payment method and now wish to have it removed from your account, please follow the steps below.

Removing a payment method via Website:

  1. Log in to your DraftKings Account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your Username.
  3. Select Account Information.
  4. Once on your Account Information page, scroll to the bottom of the page to Saved Cards.
  5. For the card you wish to remove, select Edit and then Delete.

If you need to update the expiration date, please note the process is to Delete the card entirely and re-add the card to ensure successful transactions. This requires a new deposit to your account using this method, to link this payment method for withdrawals. Then, be sure to select the Remember Card For Future Use checkbox.

Removing payment method via Mobile Web:

  1. Log in to your DraftKings account.
  2. Tap the Menu tab in the top left corner.
  3. On the left rail, tap the settings wheel.
  4. Select Account Information.
  5. Once on your Account Information page, scroll to the bottom of the page to Saved Cards.
  6. For the card you wish to remove, select Edit and then Delete.

For Online Banking payment method removal:

Contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team and we will be happy to remove the payment method upon request.

For a speedy response, please send the following information when contacting support:

  • The last 4 digits of your payment method.
  • The name as it appears on the card (or other payment method).
