  • In the event that our support queue is long, a Player Advocate will reach out to you as soon as possible.
  • One Ticket Per Issue
    • Sending multiple email requests for the same issue may delay a response as your ticket will be moved to the back of the queue.  This will slow down the process of getting back to you.
