DraftKings has implemented a policy prohibiting employees of other Fantasy Sports sites from playing in any DraftKings fantasy sports contests that are open to the public.
Additionally, DraftKings has implemented a policy prohibiting all DraftKings employees from participating in public contests on all DFS sites.
