When can I cancel or withdraw from a contest
DraftKings' policies for withdrawing from a daily fantasy sports contest are determined by the type of contest:
- Head-to-Head: You can withdraw from unfilled Head-to-Head contests at any time. You can't withdraw from filled Head-to-Head contests.
- League: You can withdraw from unfilled league contests at any time. You can't withdraw from filled league contests.
- Guaranteed prize pool (GPP): You can withdraw from GPP contests until 15 minutes before the start time of the contest.
If you are experiencing any problems withdrawing from a contest or need help bulk withdrawing due to an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance. Each withdrawal request is reviewed to assure compliance with the contest rules and the DraftKings Terms of Use prior to granting bulk withdrawal requests.
Note: Contest withdrawal requests will need to be sent to the Customer Support Team at least 15 minutes prior to contest lock time.
