Our Promise
If we offer a daily fantasy sports contest that doesn't comply with the DraftKings Commission Structure page, we'll refund the difference between actual commission and maximum commission to every user in the contest.

Guaranteed Standard: These contests pay out the entire prize regardless of if the contest fills. This includes every guaranteed contest type not listed separately in the table.
Guaranteed Multipliers (2x-5x): These contests pay out the entire prize regardless of if the contest fills, but the payouts are structured such that all winners receive a set multiple of the entry fee.
Non-Guaranteed Standard: These contests must fill in order to pay out their prize. Entry fees are automatically refunded if the contest does not fill.
* "Qualifier" named contests are subject to custom commission structures. For questions on specific qualifier contests please contact our Customer Service Team.
** Excludes contests with prizes of $1MM or more and entry fee below $5000, which will have a maximum commission of 10%.

- 11 Entry Double Up Contests: $1-$50 Entry Fee = 9.09%
- 22 Entry Double Up Contests: $25-$50 Entry Fee = 9.09%
