How do I reserve an entry? (US)

If you’d like to enter a contest but aren’t ready to draft a lineup yet, you can reserve a Fantasy Sports contest entry. Later, when you are ready to draft your reserved lineup, you can return to your reservation and select your athletes.

How to reserve an entry via DraftKings Fantasy Sports App

  1. Log into the DraftKings Fantasy Sports app. 
  2. Locate the contest you’d like to reserve a spot in. 
  3. Tap the kebab icon (⋮) to the right of the contest.
  4. A menu will appear to Reserve Seats
  5. Select the number of entries you’d like to reserve.
  6. Tap Reserve Entries.
  7. Confirm $ or Confirm Crowns Amount.
  8. Tap Reserve.
  • Note: Reserving multiple lineups at once can only be completed via the Fantasy Sports app.
  • Important Note: If you reserve a lineup but fail to draft a lineup before the contest locks, your entry fee will not be refunded.

How to reserve an entry via a desktop or laptop

  1. Log into Fantasy Sports
  2. Locate a contest in which you’d like to reserve a spot and click Enter  
  3. Next to Enter, click Reserve.
  4. In the Reserve Entry window, check the box confirming that you understand you’re reserving an entry without a lineup.
  5.  Click Reserve.
    • Note: Click the down arrow next to Reserve to select either USD, crowns, or tickets for your entry fee.
  6. You’ll be redirected to your upcoming contests page. 
  • Important Note: If you reserve a lineup but fail to draft a lineup before the contest locks, your entry fee will not be refunded. 

How to reserve an entry via mobile web

  1. Log into Fantasy Sports
  2. Locate and tap the contest you’d like to reserve a spot in.  
  3. Tap Reserve
  4. Check the box confirming that you understand you’re reserving an entry without a lineup. 
  5. Click Reserve.
    • Note: Click the down arrow next to Reserve to select either USD, crowns, or tickets for your entry fee.
