How do I manage push notifications or email settings? (US)

You have the freedom to choose which communications you wish to receive from DraftKings. Email and push notification settings can be managed from the Communication Settings section of your DraftKings account.

You can toggle on/off push notifications and emails related to: 

• General offers
• Daily Fantasy Sports
  • Updates
  • Contests
  • Leagues
  • Marketing & Promotions
• Sportsbook & Casino
• Marketplace 

Important: Disabling select notifications may negatively impact your ability to stay informed of key decision points while using DraftKings apps such as player injury notifications or undrafted entry reminders.

Managing communications via: 

• Daily Fantasy Sports app
• Sportsbook or Casino app
• Mobile web
• Desktop or laptop 

DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports app

To manage your push notification settings from the DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports app: 

1. Log into your DraftKings account on the Daily Fantasy Sports app. 
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
3. Tap Push Notifications and toggle on/off any notifications you wish to receive, or no longer want. 

DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino apps 

To manage your push notification settings from the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino apps: 

1. Log into your DraftKings account on the Sportsbook or Casino app. 
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
3. Tap the gear Settings icon in the top right corner. 
4. Below Preferences tap Notification Preferences and toggle on/off any notifications you wish to receive, or no longer want. 

Mobile web 

To manage your communication settings from mobile web: 

1. Log into your DraftKings account. 
2. Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner. 
3. Tap the gear Settings icon in the left rail. 
4. Tap Account Information. 
5. Select Preferences from the dropdown in the top center of the screen. 
6. In Email Settings, tap Email Preferences. 
7. Use the Category dropdown to select a notification section and toggle on/off any notifications you wish to receive, or no longer want. 

Desktop or laptop

To manage your communication settings from desktop or laptop: 

1. Log into your DraftKings account. 
2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen and select Account Information. 
   • Note: If you're accessing this page from a smaller screen, the left-rail may become a dropdown in the top center of the page. 
3. On the left rail, click Preferences. 
4. In the Email Settings section, click email preferences. 
5. On the Communication Settings page, you can toggle on/off both push notifications and emails you wish to receive, or no longer want.
