How do I change my email address?

If you have a new email address, and would like to change the one associated with your account, our Customer Support team can assist you.

To change your email address:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your request.
  2. A DraftKings Player Advocate will respond to your request to ask you to provide personally identifying information. 
    • This verification process is intended to maintain your protection while we verify your identity, and assure that only you can change your email address.
  3. Return all requested information via secure upload. 
  4. After your identifying information has been reviewed and your email address has been successfully updated, you'll receive the following confirmation email:

Important: Please don't create a new account when you have lost your login details. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited according to the DraftKings Terms of Use and may result in a restriction on your account.
