- Visit the Login & Security page to change your email on file.
- Please don't create a new account if you've lost your login details.
- Creating multiple accounts is prohibited according to the DraftKings Terms of Use and may result in a restriction on your account.
- If you don't have access to the email associated with your DraftKings account, can’t sign in, and need to change the email associated with your account, contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.

How to change your email address via the DraftKings app
- Log into the DraftKings app.
- Tap on the profile icon at the top right.
- Tap Log In & Security.
- Tap Login Security Preferences (for Casino and Sportsbook apps).
- Select Change email, and enter your new email address
- You will need to confirm your email address.
- Select Change Email.
- A Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window will appear, and the 2FA code will be sent to your new email.
- Enter the 2FA code that was sent to your new email and Select Verify.
- The updated email address will now be listed on the Login & Security page of your account.

How to change your email address via a desktop or laptop
- Log into DraftKings.
- Tap on your Username at the top right.
- Select Account Information.
- Select Login & Security.
- Select Change email, and enter your new email address
- You will need to confirm your email address.
- Select Change Email.
- A Two-Factor Authentication pop-up window will appear, and the 2FA code will be sent to your new email.
- Enter the 2FA code that was sent to your new email and Select Verify.
- The updated email address will now be listed on the Login & Security page of your account.
