Important Information
DraftKings Customer Support Team will never ask you to confirm a code that was sent to your device. If someone asks you for the code, please change your password immediately.
Two-factor authentication (2FA), also known as multi-factor authentication, is a way to add an extra layer of security to your account. When 2FA is enabled on your account, or you’re geolocated within a state legalized for mobile Sportsbook or Casino, DraftKings performs 2FA via SMS text message to ensure the safety of your account.
Each time you log into your account, a unique code will be generated and sent to you as a text message on your mobile phone. You'll then be required to enter that number as a second step of your login process.
- Learn more about managing your 2FA.
After 2FA has been enabled, your login process will be:
- Navigate to DraftKings via the DraftKings app, mobile web, or desktop, and tap Sign In.
- On the Log In page, enter your email address and password and tap Log In.
- Check your mobile phone for a unique code for DraftKings. When prompted on the login screen, enter the unique code.
