DraftKings users are only allowed to have one account.
Creating multiple accounts is not permitted; duplicate accounts will be deactivated and any winnings from them may not be honored.
This requirement exists to ensure fair play, maintain the integrity of our contests and to protect all our players from those who may try to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
If you have created a duplicate account, you will receive a notification that you already have an existing account and will be prompted to log into it.
If you remember the login details for your original account, log in with the credentials for your original account and use your original account.
If you no longer have access to the email address used for your original account, click on the link provided to Update Your Account. You will be prompted to provide your full Social Security Number (SSN) to verify ownership of the account.
If this form of verification also fails, the DraftKings Customer Support Team will review your:
- DraftKings username
- Home address
- Payment method information, such as the last 4 digits of your card card/debit card
- Email address
After the review a member of the team will reach out to you and assist you with restoring your original account. All duplicate accounts will be disabled, and no longer be available to use.
