What is self-exclusion and how can I exclude my account?

Our number one priority here at DraftKings is to make sure that all our players play safely and responsibly. We are committed to provide you with tools and support for healthy playing behavior, which leads to positive player experiences.  

One way to ensure that is by giving you the option to self-exclude from playing.

Our players have the option to temporarily apply self-exclusion to their accounts for a period of 3 months (DFS only), 6 months (DFS only), 1 year or 5 years. During the self-exclusion period, players are not allowed to play or access their accounts. All their upcoming entries or wagers, if there are any, are cancelled and they are removed from our mailing lists for the duration of the self-exclusion period. 

Once the self-exclusion period passes, you can reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance  with reactivating the account.
