Withdrawing from DraftKings - Overview (US)

Apple Pay: Players are able to use their digital wallet which allows stored debit and credit cards for payment use. 

• Apple Pay is currently available on iOS-enabled devices with iOS 16 or greater.  
• For Apple Pay on the web, players must be on Safari browser.

Bank Wire: To withdraw using this method please contact your financial institution for specific Fedwire routing numbers and account numbers, as they differ from your normal routing and account numbers.

• Wire transfers are initiated Monday through Friday. Any wires submitted Friday after 10 a.m. EST will be processed the following banking day. 
• Due to banking holiday hours, bank processing timelines may be impacted and may cause a delay in getting your funds.

Cage: Withdrawing from the Cage at Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, The Sportsbook at The Brook,  New Hampshire, or Bally's Black Hawk, Colorado allows you to make safe, instant, in-person cash withdrawals.

• To withdraw at a participating cage location please ensure you bring a valid-government issued photo ID.

Checks: The check must be made payable to the exact name and address associated with the account.

• Check withdrawals cannot be sent to a P.O. box.
• Check withdrawals must be sent to the verified name and address on your account.
  • To update your account address, please upload Proof of Residence using these instructions to your account first.
  • Then contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team so we can update your account.

Debit Card: DraftKings' ability to support card withdrawals is at the discretion of both the card brand (Visa, Mastercard) and payment issuer (your financial institution). An initial deposit is required to withdraw using this method.

• After completing an initial deposit, if none of your saved cards support withdrawals, you won't be presented with the option on the withdrawal screen.

Online banking: Connect your bank for a streamlined deposit and withdrawal process using your bank's username and password with your bank. An initial deposit using the same bank account is required to withdraw using this method.

PayPal: A verified PayPal account with an existing PayPal balance on file is needed. Additionally, an initial PayPal deposit is required to withdraw using this method.

Trustly Verified Withdrawals: Trustly allows players to withdraw with their bank account, even if they have not previously deposited with that bank account. Trustly’s process verifies a player’s payment method upon withdrawal, allowing players to have a seamless withdrawal process. 

• Players will need to select “add new account” and then follow through with the online banking selection and login process.
  • Once in the bank’s portal, players will need to select the account they want to link. Once they select an account and linking is finished, they will be routed back to the withdrawal screen where they’ll need to select request withdrawal. 
• Upon selecting the request button, players will need to complete two-factor authentication via text or e-mail.
  
  • Two-factor authentication will be required for any additional bank accounts added to your DraftKings account.

Venmo: An ID verified personal Venmo account that matches your associated DraftKings account information, with an existing balance on file is needed. An initial Venmo deposit is required to withdraw using this method.

• The Venmo account used for withdrawal must be in your name.
• DraftKings does not permit the use of business accounts.

We process withdrawals every day from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST. Any withdrawal requests submitted after 2 p.m. EST will be processed in the order that they were received the following day.
