Where can I find my DraftKings tax forms / documents (1099/ W-2G)? (US)

If you qualify to receive tax forms from DraftKings (IRS Forms 1099/W-2G), you can access the information directly from the Document Center. You can expect to receive your tax forms no later than February 28.

Note: For Oregon activity, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support team as the information in this article may not apply to you.

To access the Document Center via the Fantasy app: 

1. Log into the DraftKings Fantasy app. 
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
3. Tap Transaction History. 
4. Tap the dropdown in the center of the screen and select Document Center. 

To access the Document Center via Sportsbook or Casino app: 

1. Log into the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino app. 
2. Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. 
3. Tap Financial Center. 
4. Below Tax Center, tap Download Tax Documents. 

To access the Document Center via mobile web: 

1. Log into DraftKings. 
2. Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top right corner. 
3. On the left rail, tap the gear Settings icon.
4. Tap Account Information. 
5. Tap the dropdown in the center of the screen and select Document Center.

To access the Document Center via desktop or laptop: 

1. Log into DraftKings. 
   • Click Daily Fantasy or Marketplace if you usually log into Sportsbook or Casino. 
2. Hover over your profile photo in the top right corner and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears. 
3. On the left rail, click Document Center.
