One Account per Customer Policy

DraftKings prohibits customers from opening up more than one account to ensure fair play, uphold the integrity of our contests, and for compliance with multiple state laws and regulations.

If an individual establishes multiple accounts, DraftKings will deactivate all accounts except one.  Any accounts that are set up illegitimately will be deactivated and winnings will not be honored.

 

Creating a Daily Fantasy or Pick6 Account

To get started creating an account, you'll need to provide the following upon Sign Up:

  • A unique username
  • A valid email address
  • Create a password (a strong password that is unique for your DraftKings account provides essential protection from financial fraud and identity theft)

What information is required to open a Daily Fantasy account? 

Once your account is established, we are required to verify your identity to make sure that you are legally allowed to play on DraftKings by providing the following information: 

  • Your full name
  • Current home physical address
  • Date of birth

In the event your identity cannot be verified using just the information requested above, you may be asked to upload or provide additional information, such as a valid state-issued ID.

Creating a Sportsbook or Casino Account

If you already have a DraftKings account, you are not permitted to create a new one.  Please review the one account per customer policy.

Jurisdictional laws require all legal, licensed, and regulated Sportsbooks and Casinos to adhere to anti-money laundering protocols and verify identity, age, address, and Social Security Number (SSN) among other important information. 

You can follow this link to verify your Sportsbook or Casino account or by clicking ‘Log In’ on the top of any Sportsbook page and select ‘Sign Up’

What information is required to open a Sportsbook or Casino account? 

When registering an Account you are required to provide the following:

  • Full name
  • Current home address
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Social Security Number (SSN)

If your identity cannot be validated, you may be required to submit additional documentation which may include your valid state-issued ID prior to using your DraftKings account.
