How do I change or reset my password? (US)

1. Open your DraftKings app or navigate to the DraftKings product you’d like to log into. 
2. Tap / click Forgot password? 
3. Enter the Email you used when you created your account, confirm I’m not a robot and tap / click Reset Password. 
   • Note: If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account or you no longer have access to your previous email address, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.
4. You’ll receive an email from DraftKings, click the link provided in the email and follow the prompts on the page to complete your password reset.
   • Note: You should receive an email with the subject DraftKings password assistance from Draftkings@account.draftkings.com within 15 minutes of the request. 

• If you can’t see the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder and add @draftkings.com to your email allow list to ensure you’re receiving emails from DraftKings.
• If you haven’t received the password reset email after 15 minutes, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.

1. Open a DraftKings app and tap Log In in the top right corner.
2. Next to Password, tap Forgot?
3. On the Reset Your Password page:
   • Enter the email you used when you created your account. If you’re not sure what email you used to register your account, please contact the DraftKings Customer Support Team.
   • Tap the box next to I’m not a robot.
4. Tap Reset Password.
5. You’ll receive an email from DraftKings with a link to reset your password. Click the link provided in the email and enter your email and updated password.

3. Select Settings.
4. Tap Login Security Preferences.
5. Next to Password, tap Change Password.
6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password.

4. In the left rail, select Login & Security.
   • Note: If you’re accessing DraftKings on a smaller device, the left rail may be moved to a dropdown in the top middle of your screen.
5. Next to Password, click Change Password.
6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then click Change Password.

2. Tap the gear Settings icon on the left rail.
3. Tap Account Information and scroll down to Personal Information.
4. Below Password tap Edit.
5. From your Login & Security page, tap Change next to Password.
6. Enter your Current Password and New Password then tap Change Password.
