Important Information
The withdrawal tracker allows you to quickly and easily track requested withdrawals from DraftKings. Each withdrawal has its own entry in the withdrawal tracker on your withdrawal page and includes the following details:
- Total withdrawal amount
- Withdrawal method or methods
- Date requested
- Processing time
- Status
Note: If you'd like to view your entire withdrawal history, visit your transaction history and select Withdrawal from the Filter Options.

Access the withdrawal tracker
How to access the withdrawal tracker from an email
- After you've requested a withdrawal, you'll receive an email from DraftKings including a link to the withdrawal tracker.
- Click View withdrawal tracker in the email.
- You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal and can view withdrawal details.
- If you requested a withdrawal in error, you may be able to cancel your withdrawal.
Note: If you have multiple withdrawals pending, the email link will take you just to the withdrawal listed in the email.
How to access the withdrawal tracker from your account
- Log into DraftKings on web or mobile.
- Click your username in the top right corner of the homepage and select Account Information from the dropdown that appears.
- In the left rail, click Withdraw.
- Review Things to Know Before Withdrawing and click Got It.
- Below Pending Withdrawals on the right-hand side, click View Status for the withdrawal you'd like to track.
- If you have multiple pending withdrawals, you'll see a section for each within the withdrawal tracker.
- You'll be redirected to the withdrawal tracker page for the specific withdrawal and can view withdrawal details.
- If you requested the withdrawal in error, you may be able to cancel your withdrawal.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal processing times differ by withdrawal method. Once a withdrawal has been labeled as "processed" on the withdrawal tracker, the timeline for you to receive your withdrawal depends on your withdrawal method. View "How long do withdrawals take?" to view the typical timeline for payment processing.
