How do I limit notifications from specific players? (US)

DraftKings customers are in control of the communication they receive from DraftKings, and can opt-out of receiving league notifications, invitation notifications, and/or invitations from specific players.

You can limit the communications you receive from specific players in two ways:

  1. Head to head: Once you block someone, that person can no longer join your public or private head to head contests, send you head to head challenge requests, or be auto-matched with you in head to head contests. Blocking only applies to head to head contests and may take up to ten (10) minutes to take effect.
  2. Player-level: When you add a user to the list, you will stop receiving notifications from that player.

To limit notifications from mobile web:

  1. Log into your DraftKings account.
  2. Tap the three-line Menu icon in the top left corner.
  3. Tap the gear Settings icon in the left rail.
  4. Tap Account Information
  5. Select Preferences from the dropdown in the center of the screen.
  6. Set:
    • Head To Head limits by typing a player's username in the Search for a user box then clicking Block
    • Limit Notifications From Users by typing a player's username in the Search for a user box then clicking Add.

To limit notifications from desktop or laptop:

  1. Log into your DraftKings account.
  2. Click your profile photo in the top right corner of the screen and select Account Information
    • Note: If you're accessing this page from a smaller screen, the left-rail may become a dropdown in the top center of the page.
  3. On the left rail, click Preferences
  4. Set:
    • Head To Head limits by typing a player's username in the Search for a user box then clicking Block
    • Limit Notifications From Users by typing a player's username in the Search for a user box then clicking Add.

Note: You can remove blocked players at any time by clicking the box next to the player's username then clicking Unblock or Remove
