DraftKings customers are in control of the communication they receive from DraftKings, and can opt-out of receiving league notifications, invitation notifications, and/or invitations from specific players.
You can limit the communications you receive from specific players in two ways:
- Head to head: Once you block someone, that person can no longer join your public or private head to head contests, send you head to head challenge requests, or be auto-matched with you in head to head contests. Blocking only applies to head to head contests and may take up to ten (10) minutes to take effect.
-
Blocking a player won't apply to head to head contests with a price point of $1,000 or more.
- You can also limit the number of times a person can play against you.
-
- Player-level: When you add a user to the list, you will stop receiving notifications from that player.
