Dynasty Rewards Store - overview

In addition to redeeming Crowns for contest entries, free bets, and DK Dollars, the DraftKings Dynasty Rewards Store gives you the option to use your Crowns on a variety of items and experiences.

Ordering

How do I select a reward?

To select a reward:

  1. Navigate to the Dynasty Rewards Store.
  2. Click Shop to browse through the reward catalog. Once you've found a reward you'd like to select, click the name of the reward. 
  3. From the item details page, click Add to Cart.
    • Note: If you're just browsing or don't have enough Crowns to redeem for the reward, you can add the item to your wish list by clicking Add to DreamTracker.
  4. Click View Cart / Checkout
  5. Click Continue
  6. Enter Delivery Info:
    • Contact Info: This is the information we’ll use to send email updates regarding your order. 
    • Shipping Address: This is the location where you’ll receive your reward. 
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Confirm Payment Info is correct and click Place your order

What if I change my mind prior to completing the order process?

  • You can remove items from your cart by clicking Remove to the right of the reward. 
  • You can empty your cart at any time by clicking Empty Cart? in the bottom left corner. 

If you'd like to save the item to your wish list, you can click Add to DreamTracker.

What happens if my selection is no longer available after I order?

If a manufacturer discontinues or changes an item's availability after your order is placed:

  • You'll receive a cancellation email with details about your order.
  • Your Crowns will be refunded to your account.

How will I know my order has been placed?

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

You can also see your complete rewards store order history at any time by navigating to the Dynasty Rewards Store and selecting My Orders from the My Account menu.

What if I have a problem while selecting my reward?

Although most reward selections go very smoothly, occasionally you may experience an issue. If you're not sure about what to do next, we recommended returning to the Dynasty Rewards Store then clicking the Cart icon to return to the redemption flow. 

If you continue to have trouble with your reward selection, please contact our Rewards Store Specialists.

Will I get a tax receipt if I donate to a charity?

Yes. You'll receive an email after you redeem your Crowns for a charitable donation. This email will have a link and a code for you to retrieve your tax receipt.

Where can I find my order history?

To find your order history: 

  1. Navigate to the Dynasty Rewards Store.
  2. Click the Account icon in the top right corner and select My Orders from the dropdown that appears. 
  3. On the My Orders page you’ll find all orders and their current status. 

Where can I find my virtual gift cards?

To find your gift cards: 

  1. Navigate to the Dynasty Rewards Store.
  2. Click the Account icon in the top right corner and select My Orders from the dropdown that appears. 
  3. On the My Orders page, locate the gift card you’d like to view and click Details.
  4. From the Order Details, click the Redemption Link and take note of the Challenge Code
  5. On the redemption page, enter the Challenge Code from the Order Details to unlock your gift card and make it ready for use. 

Shipping and deliveries

Where will my reward be sent?

Physical reward shipments will be sent to the ship-to address entered during checkout.

Virtual rewards will be sent electronically to the email address provided.

Note: UPS & FedEx don't deliver to PO boxes.

When can I expect to receive my award?

Estimated delivery time for your physical reward is 2-5 weeks. You'll be notified via email once your reward has been shipped.

Virtual awards will arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.

How are orders shipped?

Most physical orders are shipped via ground shipping service. Some of the larger physical items will be shipped via truck.

Gift card orders are sent via email. You'll receive an email shortly after placing your that includes your virtual gift card and instructions on how to retrieve it.

Other virtual rewards are also sent via email and should arrive in your inbox within minutes of ordering.

Where can I find information about tickets, experiences and travel?

When ordering tickets, experiences, or travel, you'll receive an email that your order has been received, followed by subsequent emails that include detailed information about your order.

Can I refuse a shipment?

If you choose to refuse a shipment for any reason other than shipping damage, you'll be responsible for all shipping charges and the item won't be refunded.

 

Returns and exchanges 

Exchanges or returns of a reward aren't allowed unless the item is damaged or defective.

What do I do if my reward was damaged?

Note: Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. You may refuse delivery of a damaged package. All damages, shortages or errors must be reported to our Rewards Store Specialists within 7 business days of receipt of the package.

If your reward was damaged:

  1. Contact our Rewards Store Specialists.
  2. Select your Reason for inquiry and enter the following: 
    • Your email address
    • Subject: Dynasty rewards store
    • Description: In your message, include your order number, item number, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. Our Rewards Store Specialists will reach out to the carrier to confirm the damaged shipment, and a replacement unit will be shipped at no expense to you.

What do I do if I received the wrong reward?

DraftKings will replace defective or incorrect products within 7 business days of receipt by contacting our Rewards Store Specialists. If it is after 7 business days, you can contact the manufacturer for a defective product and utilize the manufacturer's warranty that accompanied the product.

Note: Please request a proof of purchase via from our Rewards Store Specialists before contacting the manufacturer.
