Notes about managing two-factor authentication (2FA):

  • If you’re geolocated in Connecticut (CT)Illinois (IL), Massachusetts (MA), New Jersey (NJ), and Pennsylvania (PA) you are required to use 2FA for login for Sportsbook and Casino. We don’t offer the ability to disable 2FA within CT, IL, MA, NJ, and PA.
  • 2FA won’t work with a phone number that can’t receive SMS messages.
  • If you need to change your phone number, you’ll need to turn two-factor authentication off and back on.
