How do I redeem DraftKings Crowns for Casino Credits? (US)

Important Information

  • You can redeem DraftKings Crowns for Casino Credits on the Dynasty Rewards homepage across all DraftKings products.
  • Casino Credits can be used on select games, excluding Electric Poker. Not all Casino games are available in each jurisdiction.

 

How to redeem Crowns for Casino Credits via the DraftKings Casino app

  1. Log into the Sportsbook or Casino app. 
  2. Tap Rewards in the bottom right-hand corner. 
  3. Tap Dynasty at the top of your screen.
  4. Under Spend Crowns tap Redeem Crowns.
  5. On the Redeem Your Crowns pop-up, tap Get Casino Credits. 
  6. Select which game you’d like to receive Casino Credits for or select Global Casino Credits.
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Enter the amount of Casino Credits you want to receive for your Crowns. 
  9. Tap Next.
  10. Once you confirm the transaction, tap Redeem.

 

How to redeem Crowns for Casino Credits via a desktop or laptop

  1. Log into DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino. 
  2. Click Dynasty. 
  3. Under Spend Crowns click Redeem Crowns.
  4. On the Redeem Your Crowns pop-up, click Get Casino Credits. 
  5. Select which game you’d like to receive Casino Credits for or select Global Casino Credits.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enter the amount of Casino Credits you want to receive for your Crowns. 
  8. Click Next.
  9. Once you confirm the transaction, tap Redeem.
