How do I opt in to electronic-only delivery of tax forms (1099/ W-2G) from DraftKings? (US)

If you don’t want to receive a physical tax form in the mail, you can opt to receive electronic-only tax forms instead.

Note: Fantasy app customers can change their IRS Form W-9 via desktop, laptop, or mobile web.  

How to request electronic tax forms via desktop, laptop, or mobile web

  1. Log into DraftKings. 
  2. Navigate to the DraftKings Tax ID form. 
  3. On the Confirm Your W-9 Filing page, below Name and mailing address tap/click the box next to Only issue me electronic tax forms.
  4. If all information on the screen is correct, eSign with your SSN or ITIN.
  5. Tap/click Submit My W-9. 

How to request electronic tax forms via Sportsbook or Casino apps

  1. Log into the DraftKings Sportsbook or Casino app. 
  2. Tap your profile photo in the top right corner. 
  3. Tap Financial Center.
  4. Below Tax Center, tap Fill out W9.
  5. Below Name and mailing address tap the box next to Only issue me electronic tax forms.
  6. If all information on the screen is correct, eSign with your SSN or ITIN.
  7. Tap Submit My W-9.
