How do I deposit an NFT to DraftKings Marketplace from my Web3 wallet? (US)

Steps to deposit an NFT into DraftKings account:

  1. After you have withdrawn an NFT from your DraftKings account on the DraftKings Marketplace to your Web3 wallet, you may elect to deposit that NFT back into your DraftKings account on the DraftKings Marketplace and offer it for sale to other DraftKings customers.
  2. From your portfolio, find the NFT you would like to deposit in the Your Wallet section. You may select to deposit the NFT either from your portfolio or from the NFT details page.
    • Note: You can only deposit DK supported NFTs from Desktop devices. Depositing NFTs from mobile devices is not currently available.
  3. In order to deposit your NFT, you will need to connect your Web3 wallet to your DraftKings account.
    • You will still need to connect your Web3 wallet even if you have previously linked it.
    • You will be promoted to connect your Web3 wallet if you have not already done so. On desktop, you will be promoted to connect a Web3 wallet through MetaMask. On a mobile device, you will be prompted to choose to connect via WalletConnect.
    • In order to connect your wallet, please ensure you are connected to the Polygon Mainnet.
    • Once connected, you should be able to continue through the deposit request flow.
  4. Once your Web3 wallet is connected, you will need to confirm you would like to deposit your NFT to your DraftKings account on the DraftKings Marketplace. After confirmation, you will need to sign a blockchain transaction in your wallet to initiate the deposit. Please ensure you satisfy these requirements:
    • As stated above, your wallet must be connected to the Polygon Mainnet.
    • You will need to pay gas fees to initiate the transaction. This will require that you have MATIC on Polygon Mainnet in your Web3 wallet.
      • To determine if you have MATIC in your wallet, check the balance when your Web3 wallet is connected to Polygon Mainnet.
      • If your Web3 wallet displays that you have MATIC when it is set to the Ethereum Mainnet, you will need to bridge funds from ETH to Polygon.

Important NFT Depositing Note:

  • Customers must follow the DraftKings workflow steps above to ensure correct NFT depositing. Additionally, customers shouldn't deposit their NFTs to the DraftKings custodial wallet address by any other means other than the steps mentioned above. Customers can see the custodial address if they have withdrawn an NFT previously.
